“I am a 200 E-RYT and have practiced and taught at many studios and gyms in NJ over the years. I have practiced different forms of yoga since my college years but fell in love with Vinyasa about 8 years ago because of the creativity of the practice and the way it makes the body & mind feel.

I love everything about the yoga lifestyle. Practicing and teaching is my passion. There is never a day that I don’t feel like getting on my mat to breathe and flow. Yoga has brought so much to the quality of my life far surpassing just the workout element. The love and energy exchanged between yoga students and teachers fills my heart.

My classes will work and stretch your body but will also soothe and calm your soul. Knowing each yogi and flow is different from day to day and yogi to yogi, I always stress non-judgement of your own practice. I encourage you to make it your own ensuring you get the most out of your time and that you leave the mat feeling wonderful.

  • A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work. Standing balances, arm balances and inversions will be offered. Open level class always offering modifications to suit all levels.
